Having graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with an associate’s degree in business, Bailey pursued and obtained her real estate license through the Iowa Real Estate Commission and Iowa Association of Realtors in 2019. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and the local Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors.
